Sculpt and Tone We lighten up in this invigorating class that integrates small weights to enhance your balance and strength. In this dynamic session, you'll experience the perfect fusion of traditional yoga poses with an added challenge of weights. Oh, and dance!
Yoga for Core We think of this class as more of a workshop. You are meeting yourself where you are. It’s deep work but not hard. It’s simple. We move from the center on and off the mat. This invigorating class focuses on core strength, functional movement, body alignment, and learning to move from our gut instinct.
Vinyasa Flow This is a meditative and dynamic practice that combines fluid sequences, conscious breathing, and mindful transitions. Suitable for all levels, this class cultivates strength, flexibility, and inner peace as we get to know ourselves, truly.
