About Me

I have always been a creative individual who enjoys the challenges of living an active lifestyle. I earned a BFA in Theater and have worked professionally as an actor since childhood. I would describe myself as a very active person, both physically and spiritually. Overall, my personal philosophy is that joy is an option, feeling our feelings is the key and caring about how you feel is a choice.

Yeah, I have loved, lost and survived. I have been bullied, betrayed and abandoned. And through the practice of yoga, being of service and making time for gratitude, I have transformed my life.

My body began to realign itself, my mind learned to sit still and I discovered that beauty is indeed truth and acceptance of oneself and one’s path is indeed freedom.

To me, suffering is a part of life and we all experience it. Traumas are everyday and they need to be processed in the body, and the mind and the breath.

May you find your way there now.

I am the very lucky Mom to my college-aged twins. These adult kids are so loving, funny and truly incredible people doing such amazing work in this world. I am so very blessed to be their mother.

I am also so very blessed to do the work I do. Walking people along this sacred journey is an honor I do not take lightly.

Whether it is in my Women’s Inner Circle Groups, working privately 1 : 1 in your home or office or being in the studio in one of my Ahimsa yoga classes, I love working with clients across the spectrum from beginner to advanced, but most especially those searching for both physical and emotional realignment. If this is you, reach out.

And, as always, may it be of benefit.

Much Love,

Kim
